"New Year's resolutions have claimed nothing from those who create goals, only disappointment if the goals are set too high. Here are a couple of reasonable New Year's resolutions. Changing bad habits such as giving up a foul mouth when frustrated, quitting or cutting down on smoking, losing ten pounds in two months, giving up sweets or foods high in sugars or fats, exercising three times a week for 20 minutes each session, making more time for yourself, or calling up your parents at least once a week or two weeks to simply say hello are all great and reasonable New Year's resolutions."
Every New Year's Eve I make a list of resolutions that I vow to stick by to the letter...
...and every time I seem to come up short.
This year, I promised myself to remain focused and disciplined in what I want to do and how I'm going to do it. I will try do my best to stay on track.
At the risk of jinxing myself, I will say this...
If I am as stubborn in thinking that the L.A. Lakers should win the NBA Championship EVERY year as in my belief that I cannot fail in any project I throw myself into, I should...
...correction...
I WILL be fine.
'Nuff Said.
=)
